Life has changed dramatically following the COVID-19 pandemic, as a result we are all using online platforms for work and to connect with others more than ever before.  This is also true for therapy.  I worked exclusively with clients over Skype, Zoom and Facetime throughout the first lockdown.   

Being in the comfort of your own home and removing the travel time to the session can make starting therapy a little easier.

You may prefer to work with me in person in.  I have a beautiful private therapy room at home (see below).  Coming to a neutral space, away from the demands and reminders of work and home commitments can help you to focus on you.  

I offer a range of appointment times to suit you, including daytime and evening sessions.

My therapy room offers a tranquil, private space in which you can be free to explore your issues.  Parking is available on my driveway.
